Andrea Jordan is a Partner at Jordan Steele & Associates, LLC. She has spent her career serving the community. Andrea earned her Bachelor's from University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago. She holds both an Illinois and California bar license. She served as a Managing Attorney for a large Illinois civil legal aid firm prior to forming Jordan Steele & Associates, LLC. Prior to becoming Partner, she worked with a civil legal aid firm in California. She also worked as a criminal prosecutor in the beginning of her career. She sits on the board of the Will Grundy Kendall Continuum of Care, a homeless prevention coalition.

Andrea concentrates in family, DCFS, juvenile, education, and guardianship law. She is a guardian ad litem and a mediator. Andrea is proficient in Spanish, a U.S. Army veteran and adjunct professor.

In addition to working as an attorney, Andrea has committed herself to DEI education and outreach through consulting, presentations, and training. She is published in the Legal and DEI space, having written and co-authored articles on Implicit Bias Training, Race and Education, and DEI in healthcare spaces.
