Andrea Jordan and Tamika Steele met while working at a civil legal aid firm together. Realizing they shared the same vision of seeing the legal system work for all people, especially people of color, they decided to come together to build a firm dedicated to seeing that vision become a reality.

Operated at the intersection of justice, equity, and trust, Jordan Steele & Associates, LLC is a Black, women-owned firm with over 40 years of combined experience dedicated to strengthening the community through holistic legal services. Jordan Steele focuses on legal services for marginalized and vulnerable communities because we believe everyone is entitled to legal services no matter who they are.

Actively listening and anticipating client needs, Jordan Steele & Associates, LLC takes a holistic approach to legal work, recognizing that our community’s most pressing challenges deserve more than band-aid solutions.
